We operate on a commission-based model where the buyer pays the full amount upfront, including stock cost, commission, and shipping.
Submitting a quote request does not constitute a binding order. Quotes are provided based on current market availability and pricing, and are subject to change. A binding agreement is formed only upon mutual written confirmation of an order.
All products are graded according to our published grading standards (AA+, A+, A, B+, B, C/RR). Grades reflect the cosmetic and functional condition of devices at the time of inspection. Detailed manifests are provided with every order describing the condition of each unit.
