We do not hold inventory. Each order is sourced based on your specific needs.

Once we receive your requirement, we search third-party auction platforms and supplier networks for lots that match your request as closely as possible.
Because stock changes regularly, offers depend on what is available at the time.

You review the lot details carefully to decide whether the stock meets your needs. No order is confirmed at this stage. A quote request or discussion does not mean the order is final.
Your order only moves forward once:
Once you approve the lot, a deposit is required for VoltLot to proceed with sourcing, bidding, or securing the stock on your behalf.
After approval and deposit, VoltLot will bid, negotiate, or secure the lot through the relevant source platform or supplier based on the agreed terms.
Once the lot has been secured, the remaining balance must be paid within the agreed time. Unless clearly agreed otherwise in writing, the buyer is responsible for:
After payment is completed, the order moves forward for shipping and delivery.
Delivery times vary depending on the source, shipment method, and destination. Tracking will be shared once the shipment is dispatched.
VoltLot acts as a sourcing agent for business buyers. We are not the manufacturer and, unless clearly stated in writing, we are not the stock owner, shipping carrier, or importer of record.
Product grading, condition details, and manifest information are based on information provided by the source platform or supplier. VoltLot does not independently inspect, test, or re-grade products unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Once you approve a lot and it is successfully secured on your behalf, the order is treated as final, subject to the agreed terms.
The buyer is responsible for customs clearance, import permits, duties, taxes, and compliance with local laws in the destination country.
